As someone who worked part time from age 18 until graduation, I can assure you that there are many jobs in Bangalore. My first part-time job was during the short break after class 12 and before starting my engineering course. It was with the largest market research agency in Asia. I think I found out about this job in a newspaper classified ad. It required me to interview people from a certain demographic and fill out a 10-page questionnaire. I think they paid me around 150 rupees per interview.

After starting my Engineering course, I continued to work part-time on weekends and during semester breaks. I used to earn 250-300 rupees a day working for agencies that handle product promotion. This involved promoting products such as PCs, mobile phone services, and consumer goods in stores or outdoor locations in commercial areas.
These numbers are more than 10 years old. Old jobs probably pay better now.

Hi Henry, I guess you've done some research on this already. Since I am not currently working, all I can say is about my previous experiences, I had three "jobs" as follows:

  1. Cashier and whatever else they needed at my uncle's hardware store;

  3. I have been working in an insurance office in the center of the city, for the father of a friend.

I'm sure there are plenty of other options, you just need to search for what works best for you or where it would fit the best. One important thing, the most important thing I would say, is the j

I'm sure there are plenty of other options, you just need to search for what works best for you or where it would fit the best. One important thing, the most important thing I would say, is the journey, of course. You would need to find something that does not make your schedule complete. I mean, nothing that confronts the school.

Also, one thing I learned the worst way is that it can be very stressful. Especially when your job may involve physical efforts in addition to the already great mental. Like when I worked in the hardware store.

Everyone has their own schedule and limitations, but I'm sure there is something waiting for you out there.

I used to work as a digital marketing consultant for a startup cafe.

This job generally involves meeting many merchants. In one of those scenarios, I met the founder of a startup known as Bluebook. It is available to download on the Play Store.

This particular company has a very small team and the founder told me that they usually hire college students to promote their brand and pay a decent stipend in return. This can also be mentioned on your resume as an internship.
