What is the position at SSC CGL that pays high salary and has RAPID PROMOTIONS in 2021?

What is the position at SSC CGL that pays high salary and has RAPID PROMOTIONS in 2021?

I presume he is the Assistant to the Execution Officer in the Directorate of Execution.

The salary is now almost 80 thousand in hand. And for promotion, it only takes 2 or 3 to get promoted to Compliance Officer and then another 4 to 5 years for Assistant Principal (group A). But after that it's pretty stagnant.

This information has been collected from various platforms and actual data may differ based on real time.

Let 'me help you …

The position with the highest salary in SSC CGL is for the Assistant Audit Officer (AAO).

  • Pays Level-8 (Rs 47600 to 151,100).
  • India Accounts and Audit Department under C&AG.
  • Group “B” Gazetted (None Ministerial).
  • Degree Payment - 4800

You will get only 2 promotions and you will be retiring in the position that has a grade pay of 6600.

You need to get a good score to get this post.

Hope you get your answer.

All the best 🙂👍

When you join the CGL 4600 GP position, your base salary will be set at 44,900 / -. After 5 years, your basic salary would be 52,000 / -. Assuming you pass the departmental exam, you get 2 additional raises, bringing your base salary to 55,200 / -.

Along with the base salary, you will receive the Personal Expense Allowance, which is 21% of your base salary today. The DA will be reviewed every 6 months. After 5 years, the DA would be around 50%. You will also receive an HRA of 30% (assuming a DA of 50%) of your base class city in X. You will also receive TA of 3600 / - and DA in TA. To summarize your gross salary it would be

55.200 / - (basic) + 27.60

Your take-home pay would be (approximately)

Gross salary less NPS contribution of 8,280 / - (10% of basic + DA) less income tax of 200 / - less CGHS of 360 / - less IT of 5000 / - (approx) = 90,920 / -

Edit: Since most applicants ask for more details, I add the following hypothetical details about the SSC recruit salary after 5 years and 10 years:

Note:

  1. The basic pay after 5 years is earned after taking into account that the candidate gets 2 advanced increments after passing the departmental exams. And for GP 2400, it is based on the fact that they will most likely receive 4200 GP after 3 years and passing the departmental exams.
  2. The Basic Payment after 10 years is obtained after taking into account the possible promotion obtained by the candidates.
  3. This chart is for X-Class cities. Once DA reaches 50%, HRA will be 30% in X-Class cities.
  4. The net pay here is without IT deduction.
  5. Just to give applicants a boost: You will also receive an NPS contribution from the government of 14% of your + Basic DA. If you speak in terms of CTC, it will be 9.2 LPA the first year, 14 LPA after 5 years and 20 LPA after 10 years for the 4600 GP position.

PS: Don't just focus on salary. Focus on preparation and good work. You will have a decent life in these posts.

Etc etc. It is the human brain that attracts corruption and not the department. People are corrupt even when they are a pawn and people are honest even when they are IAS / IPS. The opposite also is true.

Work hard and be part of the development of the country. Don't harass anyone. Life is very hard. God bless you.

Someone has asked me this.

Suggested edit: what are the post-digitization effects of businesses? Explain where was the corruption and where is it after digitization?

Corruption or unfair revenue earning in any government department is due to increased interaction between government officials and the public. With the increase in business digitization and tax compliance, the interaction has decreased considerably. When it comes to central excise / gst, electronic stamping (self-stamping done by exporters) was the last nail in Inspector Raj's coffin.

Once again, I would point out again that corruption is not in the department, but in the minds of the people.

So it's a long shot to plan specifically and until you can prepare for exams like MTS and CPO, which are expected to take place in September and October of this year.

Answering your question, let's say that we have 8 months from now for CGLE20. For that matter a decisive plan would be to leave last 3 months for mocks only, thus the 5 months gap will be a good enough incubation period for enhancing your skills in those 4 sections by solving previous year questions with periodical mocks to analyze your performance every week.

https://ssc.nic.in/SSCFileServer/PortalManagement/UploadedFiles/calender2019_25012019.pdf (Exam calendar)

In this view, it seems its high time to start your preparation from today so that these exams will be your stepping stone for CGLE2020 which will be held in 2021. Since the syllabus is same in MTS and CPO you can evaluate your performance in each exam to keep your track on the road to CGLE. I hope :)

And importantly don’t stigmatize by blind regurgitation on social media stuffs around you about CET, vacancy and all. Make sure you get every information about the exam through an official site else with a source of good reputation.

Since I am.also at 4200gp although got selected with different exam i.e Lok Sabha secretariat, i consider myself as the eligible person to answer your question. As I am also in 4200gp, although I was selected with a different exam, that is, the Lok Sabha secretariat, I consider myself the eligible person to answer your question. The salary of the employees of the central government constitutes the basic salary, the shortage subsidy, the transport subsidy, the house rental subsidy, for example, at the time of joining, considering your city as x, that is, any metropolitan

Basic GP4200 = 35400

HRA-35400 * 24% = 8500 (approx.)

DA (increase each year by 8–9%) currently = 21% * 35,400 = 7,200 (approx.)

TA = 3600 * 1.21 (DA present) = 4000 (approx.)

SSC CGL has two types of TAX ASSISTANT (TA), namely TA (CBDT) and TA (CBEC). The work profile of TAs in both departments is almost similar.

Now, let's take a look at some aspects of tax assistants:

  1. Job Profile: It is a purely clerical job which mainly includes preparing salary bills of office staff, managing all bills like phone, electricity etc., managing office stationery, leaves of staff. There is lot to learn but excitement is very low in this job. It is purely dull and boring job for a youth. Salary is also substantially less as compared to that of an Inspector. Promotional aspects are getting worse every year for a TA.
  2. Positives: As, workload is generally very less for a TA, he gets ample time to study for further exams. In Civil Services IAS Exam,2015, a TA(CBDT) from West Bengal has got AIR 67 (got IAS). This post can be used as stepping stone for future success.

Those, who have got TA, should not loose heart. Because being a stable government job, it gives you independence and you can achieve bigger things by working hard in future exams. Remember, more than 20 lakhs of graduates fight for this post.
