    2. Not criticize. No matter what happens in your life, never ever criticize anyone. Even if it's someone else's fault, don't criticize that person. Acknowledge the fact that we are all human and that it is in our nature to make mistakes and learn from them. That is the only way we can grow. Be kind to yourself and don't start criticizing yourself when you're wrong. Accept mistakes and learn lessons from them. Remember these words: "Any fool can criticize, condemn, and complain, but it takes character and self-control to be understanding and forgiving." - Dale Carnegie
    3. No complains. Never complain about anything you don't have or what you are going through in your life. Believe it or not, but our mind works and gives life to those thoughts and things that we talk about the most. So if you complain about something, your mind will make sure that you get into situations that encourage you to complain more about the same thing. The best solution is to think positively.
    4. Do not cry. Life is hard and you will face many problems. You may have to go through anguish, poverty, defeat, loss, mental crisis, emotional crisis, etc. But even in those situations don't give up hope and keep having faith in yourself. Crying about it over and over will only create more problems. Cry once or twice if you want, but once it's over, get back up and fight your way through the difficulties. All these points can be summed up in this dialogue from the movie Rocky Balboa (one of my favorites): “Let me tell you something you already know. The world is not all sun and rainbow. It's a very bad and unpleasant place and I don't care how tough you are, it will bring you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me or no one will hit as hard as life. But it's about how hard you hit. It's about how hard they can hit you and keep moving forward. How much can you bear and move on. This is how you win! "
  6. Spread love, not hate. Spread love wherever you go, even to those who have mistreated, wronged, hurt, offended, used, broken, and not even apologized. Forgive each and every one of them and love yourself. Do not cultivate the negative emotions of hatred, jealousy, envy, anger, etc. "Love and compassion are necessities, not luxuries. Without them, humanity cannot survive." -Dalai Lama
  7. Read books. The things I have learned by reading books and watching videos, speeches, attending seminars, etc. it's just great. To improve your life, I really suggest you read books and read a lot of them. Read books on personal development, self-help, motivational, non-fiction, etc. Not only do they expose your mind to new ideas, but they also expand your mind and improve your knowledge of how to solve problems and deal with difficulties. All successful people are readers. Bill Gates says he reads at least 50 books a year and Warren Buffet spends 80% of his time reading.
  8. Learn continuously. There is no way to stay ahead and improve your life without continuous learning. Your mind needs new things to work on, otherwise it will just disappear. Develop the habit of continually learning.
  9. Get out of your comfort zones. Unless you put yourself in uncomfortable situations (positive situations) and do things that make you feel uncomfortable (in a positive way), you will not be able to grow. We as human beings learn only through practice and experiences, and to experience something new you have to do something that you have never done before.
  10. Practice meditation and mindfulness or solitude. In this fast-paced world, it's easy to get easily distracted. That is why it is very important to practice meditation. It will not only help you calm your mind and body, but it will also help you improve your focus and concentration. Use apps like Headspace for mediation.
  11. Be positive. I feel that this is the most important thing to improve your life. Whatever happens, always try to find something good in everything. Even in people who are bad, try to find the good points in them. Think positively. Spread positive vibes. No matter what you are going through in life, never let any negative thoughts or emotions enter your mind. It will be difficult at first, but it will definitely be worth it once you get used to it.
  12. Be patient. We often want things to happen immediately and when they don't, we get angry, angry, saddened, and depressed. Learn to be patient. All things in life will take some time, so there is no point in getting angry about it. Just trust the process, your actions, and wait for it to manifest. Remember this: "It takes 13 hours to build a Toyota, but 6 months to build a Rolls Royce."
  13. Believe in yourself. You cannot achieve anything in life if you continually doubt yourself and your actions. Have faith in yourself and your actions and your life will change. Believe in yourself even if others don't. I read this on Instagram and I think we should all remember: “If you could believe in Santa Claus for 8 years, you could at least believe in yourself for 8 minutes. "
  14. Don't worry about what others will say. This is the hardest thing to do, but once you've gotten over it, your life will change completely. Don't let what others think of you stop you from doing things.
  15. Laugh at yourself. Learn to laugh at yourself and have fun. Don't be offended by the little things. You live once, so enjoy and have fun. Don't waste time on insignificant things. The best way to improve your life is to let go of what you want.

It sounds incredibly counter-intuitive, especially coming from a high-performance coach, but if you listen to me (or read me), you will understand why I say this.

In pursuit of our dreams, we often take ourselves too seriously. We give too much importance to the goal, thinking that once we achieve it we will finally have what we have wanted for so long.

But because of this, we put so much pressure to achieve it, work hard and do it perfectly, that we forget why we wanted to do it.

Think about your life right now and ask yourself how much you are doing that you are not enjoying right now.
So ask yourself, why do you do it?

You probably have no idea, but if I had to guess I'd say you started these things because you wanted something.

However, in his search, he lost his joy and is now more stressed about the things he is doing than he is excited about them.

That is why I say, "Let it go."

Let go of what you want to achieve and instead do the things you want to do because you like to do them.

Let go of the momentum for everything to be perfect and get everything right away and do what you can now.

Let go of all that stress and anxiety and have fun.


The truth is that you are living now and not in the future.

By the time you achieve your goals, you will be a different person with different ambitions and different desires. You may not want it all anymore.

On top of that, you will have spent years chasing some ghost you never thought you could get.

Look at yourself right now: How many things do you already have that you used to wish for before? Did they ever make you happy?

If not, why do you keep chasing the following?

Stop chasing for a second and ask yourself if this is really what you want.

You can still work hard, keep chasing your dreams, but don't do it because you feel like you must. Don't do it because you are afraid not to; Do it because you are excited to do it!

Don't force yourself to do these things, don't pursue every silly little goal, and especially not at the cost of your own happiness.

Let go of that pressure you put yourself under and start doing things for the right reasons again.

You can improve your life in a second if you simply let go of the need to achieve it.

You don't have to do anything to be happy. You could be happy right now and enjoy your life right now.

Take a deep breath.

Relax.

And start doing what you really want to do.

  6. Have sound sleep: Almost all need eight hours of sleep. You can split it 6 hours in night one or two hours in day time. If you don’t get proper sleep, you feel unhappy, overeat, and unproductive.
  7. Love: Love is why we are here. Love deeply. Share it freely. Express it daily. Use it as your guiding star.
  8. Have physical intimacy: Sex is taboo in most cultures, but the truth is that it’s a lovely source of health, happiness, and vitality. Use condoms for safe sex.
  9. Smile: Smile does a lot more than simply let the world know you are happy. It slows the heart and relaxes the body. It reduces stress and increases productivity. It encourages trust. It boosts the immune system. It lifts the face and makes you look younger.
  10. Set clearly defined goals: If you don’t set goals you will fall into the trap of being busy for the sake of it, without making meaningful progress. Set SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant and Time-based) goals for your business, and display them somewhere visible.
  11. Never give up: The person with big dreams is more powerful than the one with all the facts. Never let the odds keep you from pursuing what you know in your heart. Never calculate probabilities, even if the chances are one in a million. The one is all you need to win.
  12. Challenge yourself: There is so much to learn and explore in our very short lifetimes. Take advantage of learning every single day. Challenge yourself to acquire a new skill, read something different, or take a class. Learning keeps our minds engaged and sharp, even into old age.
  13. Be humble: Listen to other people while they talk. If you talk to people in social situations in a way that inspires, you bring people in. Most people you will ever meet are thirsting for sympathy. Give it to them, and they will love you.
  14. Be kind: There is an infinite supply of kindness, so don't fear depleting it.
  15. Be the first to say Hello: Always set a friendly tone with a warm smile, a hearty handshake and a robust greeting.
  16. Read a lot: Reading books is a pathway to success and get motivated. It helps to prevent stress, depression, and dementia, while enhancing confidence, empathy, decision-making, and overall life satisfaction.
  17. Treat everyone with respect: Be polite to everyone alike, be it your biggest client or a waiter taking his orders. People notice when you behave very nicely with them and not with others around you. Always keep your head leveled and separate yourself from your successes.
  18. Forgive and forget: Don’t hold grudges. Resentment is like swallowing poison and expecting the other person to die. Carrying a grudge is a heavy burden. As you forgive, you will feel the joy of being forgiven. A life lived without forgiveness is a prison.
  19. Surround yourself with positive people: There are many naysayers who doubt your capabilities. Stay away from them. We become what we are surrounded by on a daily basis. An easy way to get happier and have a more positive life is to ensure you are surrounded by positive people.
  20. Spend wisely: Restrain the urge to splurge. Don’t justify your spending on the pretext of special occasions, peer pressure, lifestyle, family, emotions and smart decisions. If you buy things you don't need, you will soon sell things you need.
  21. Take risks: Life is either a daring adventure or nothing. Take calculated risks. The biggest risk is not taking any risk. In a world that changing quickly, the only strategy that fails is not taking risks.
  22. Take care of environment: Earth provides enough to satisfy everyone's needs, but not everyone's greed. Plant more flowers than you pick
  23. Step into Nature: Humans evolved over millions of years living outside. We migrated into the sheetrock caves we now call offices. Getting out into nature, specifically under some big trees rapidly lowers stress hormone levels, blood pressure, pulse rate and heart rate variability compared with exposure to a city environment.
  24. Help others: Sometimes after we have achieved our own personal goals, we still feel empty inside because we have not made a meaningful contribution to someone else’s life.

Life is too short to be little. Do what you love, so that you don't have any regrets. Enjoy every moment of life.

1. Achieve mindfulness

2. Develop a consistent morning routine

key to having a productive day, and saving yourself time in the morning, is “breaking down every task into small steps, then scheduling everything by starting from the end of the day and working backward.” This means you know exactly what activity you’ll do when from the moment you wake up.

Sounds a bit overwhelming, yes, but the reason it works is because you don’t waste any time trying to decide on things—spending 10 minutes picking out an outfit, spending 15 minutes deciding if you want to go on a run. This way, you limit yourself to small minute increments so that you’ll always be out the house exactly on time.

3. Develop a Consistent Bedtime Routine

A happy, healthy morning starts with a killer bedtime routine. There’s no perfect answer for making your own, but the important thing is to make one and stick to it.

For example, every evening I shower, make my lunch for the next day, and spend 10 or so minutes doing something that relaxes me in bed, whether that’s scrolling through social media, reading 15 pages of a book, or talking to my parents on the phone. It’s not always like this, but the consistency helps me fall asleep better and feel prepared to conquer the day ahead.

7. Then Eat it Away From Your Desk

Muse writer Kat Boogaard learned many valuable lessons after bravely eating lunch away from her desk. For one thing, taking a break is just good for you. But, she also realized the importance of practicing work-life balance all day, rather than just after work was over. By giving yourself that time off during office hours, you’re already one step closer to a healthier, well-balanced life.

8. Watch a TED Talk

TED Talks are like a mini-lecture. They just might teach you more about yourself, or inspire you to innovate and carry out that dream you’ve always thought about. Plus, they’re only about 20 minutes—watch one while getting ready for work in the morning, or during your lunch break, or when you’re sitting in a waiting room for a super-quick knowledge boost.

9. Listen to a Podcast

Similarly, podcasts are a great on-the-go news source. And a lot of the time they’re just what you need to unwind without completely wasting away in front of the TV (not that I have anything against relaxing that way). I’m a big fan of tackling one podcast during my commute—half of it on the way to work, half on the way back, and the stories always bring out some real emotions. (For reference, my favorites are This American Life and You’re the Expert.)

10. Do a Bunch of Little Productive Tasks

I challenge you to set aside 30 minutes and do all those nitty-gritty tasks you’ve been meaning to do, all at once. First, this prevents you from multitasking later on when emails are rushing in while you’re trying to do your work. Second, it forces you to tackle those things that make you cringe—things that, once they’re done, will make your life a heck of a lot easier.

Not sure what chores I mean? I’ll help you out—here’s a to-do list of 21 useful things you can do in five minutes, then, if those don’t do it for you, here are nine other productive things you can complete in 15 minutes.

11. Get to Know Yourself

What better way to improve your life than by learning all about your strengths and weaknesses and honing in on your best self. To get started, here are 14 free personality test you can take in the next half hour.

12. Treat Yourself

How long has it been since you treated yourself to a relaxing massage or a manicure? Well, maybe this is your week to do it. Was there a game you’ve been meaning to download and play? Or, a cool new lunch spot? You deserve it, so go get it (just don’t overdo your 30 minutes of leisure, especially on the job).

13. Revisit Your Goals

You probably made some New Year’s resolutions or set monthly goals for yourself (whether on paper or in the back of your mind). Have you followed through on any of them? Are there ones you can get rid of, or alter? Do you feel confident in achieving all of them? Take some time this week to reflect positively on how far you’ve come, and think about where you want to be—and maybe write down the steps you need to take to get there.

14. Connect With an Old Friend or New Co-worker

If it’s been a while since you’ve seen or talked to someone, reach out and let them know you’re thinking about them. Maybe even try it the old-fashioned way—sending a physical letter! There’s no doubt snail mail makes anyone’s day. (Isn’t it the worst when you open your mailbox to nothing?)

15. Clean Your Closet

By “closet” I could also mean your desk, your office, your bedroom, or even your kitchen cabinets or dishes. Cleaning is stress-relieving, and actually a form of mindful meditation, according to some studies. So, kill two birds with one stone by reorganizing your space and practicing positive self-awareness.

16. Get Outside

Notice how I didn’t say “go to the gym” or “go for a run.” Because, yes, exercise is great. But for most people, including myself, it’s a lot easier said than done.

So, I have another option for you—go outside. Walk around, sit in the park and read, or go for a leisurely bike ride. Just being outdoors is good for you in so many ways. It improves creativity, helps us age better, makes us happier, and, it might actually make you want to work out more (science says so!).
