What is the best country for civil engineers to work? I am from India and I can get a job easily.

The best way to land a civil engineering job is to land a position through campus recruiting.

A relatively easier way to get a job is in Gulf countries like the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and Kuwait. However, do not completely trust this particular aspect. Due to the recession that is occurring, these countries have been suffering quite a bit. They have become strict with their rules.

Recently, there have been good responses from countries like New Zealand and Australia. But of course it is not an easy task.

The first job is always hard to come by. Therefore, there is no easy way to get one. You just have to assume that all countries are equal in their demand for civil engineers and apply whenever possible. Online websites help in some way. But it takes time.

I would say America if you really want to learn structural dynamics and related jobs, but to be in America, you need a Ms from other states, you have to work in a US based company and move to the US.

As far as I know, the Gulf countries are down, only Qatar is comparatively better.

If you are interested in infrastructure, India is far behind, so India needs more infrastructure, so India needs a lot of people in this sector.

As long as you consider yourself a new, you either need a good referral in good companies or get a placement through your university system.
