What all these experiences made me think that the IT industry of India is a huge place with many companies ranging from a sole proprietorship to a 2 lacs plus company. Therefore, when looking for work, keep in mind that not all the rules of large multinationals apply to smaller companies and new companies, such as eligibility or sabbaticals, etc.

Today, everyone wants to be a software developer. But in reality not everyone can achieve it. So remember the competition before you start looking for a job. I want you to think realistically before you start exploring what is the best thing to do if you really want to learn something really beneficial and have better job prospects. Now I am going to talk mainly about facts and numbers.
