No teamwork: just talk about your personal achievements.

He speaks ill of the previous employer. Complains about previous bosses and co-workers.

Lack of enthusiasm. Disconnection can be troublesome.

Employees with a long commute appear to be exhausted when they arrive for their shift.

Desperate employees running for all positions in your place. This is a red flag and a signal from someone who is not aware of their core strengths or competencies. Just interested in receiving a paycheck. This will be different for those who drop out of college and have to go to work to prove themselves.

Before hiring someone, check their background and check references. Look for gaps or overlapping information in employment history. The misrepresentation is increasing.
