Is the Y axis a true consultancy for urgent entry immigration?

Hey,

Good day!

I am very passionate about migrating to Canada. Canada is the place of my dreams to live from my childhood. As soon as I completed my bachelor's degree, I asked about the ways to enter Canada. I received a lot of suggestions and advice from my friends, family and consultants, etc. Some encouraged me, however I did not get a complete answer to my question. Hey,

Good day!

I received a lot of suggestions and advice from my friends, family and consultants, etc. Some encouraged me, however I did not get a complete answer to my question. One day my friend referred me to Y-Axis Immigration Consultancy as there are experts in immigration processes. I attended a free counseling session which was very helpful with all my queries on the Canadian immigration process. However, I started the process with Y-Axis. I was a bit confused about deleting IELTS, which was not that easy, but the way the consultant guided me in IELTS, the necessary documents, and the step-by-step process is amazing. I finally deposited my request in the pool, however it took me a little longer to get an invite from the group than expected. I recently received an invitation from the group, I sent all my documents waiting to hear my visa sealing decision.

I sincerely thank each of them at Y-Axis for helping me apply to Canada and would also highly recommend anyone approaching Y-Axis for their incredible knowledge of the immigration process.

I hope you also get to your destination as soon as you want.

Greetings,

Mandeep.

Check out my answer here:

Veera K's answer to Is it better to use a consultancy for Canadian immigration or will it be better if we do it ourselves?

STEP 01: Take IELTS (General) and get CLB 9 (i.e .: Band score of 8777 in LRWS)

CLB 9 gives candidates an additional 50-60 point boost in English. If you can hit the 440+ score without CLB 9, that's fine too.

Cost: approximately CAD 200 each time you take the IELTS.

STEP 02: Take your ECA (ECA processing time ~ 6 to 8 weeks)

ECA is Education Credential Assessment. It is conducted by various assessment agencies (WES, one of them) and they provide you with the Canadian equivalent grade assessment of your home country education.

Cost: approximately CAD 285. (Fee of 200 CAD + Delivery of international result of 85 CAD

Cost: approximately CAD 285. (Fee of 200 CAD + Delivery of international results of 85 CAD)

STEP 03: Create an EE profile with your IELTS and ECA score

The creation of the EE profile enters you in the group of candidates waiting for the ITA (Invitation to Apply). Please make sure that all the information mentioned in the profile is accurate as you will be asked to provide proof of all that information once it is selected for further processing.

Cost - 0

STEP 04: Wait for the giveaway to reach your score and receive ITA

ROI (rounds of invitation) occurs every 2-3 weeks. The Canadian government declares the minimum cut-off score for EE profiles and all candidates who have that score or a score higher than that will get ITA. The score varies each time and is adjusted to meet the usual quota of 2,800-3,000 applicants per ROI.

Cost - 0

STEP 05: Publish ITA, send your documents (within 2 months)

Once candidates receive ITA, they are supposed to provide documents and proof of all the information mentioned in their profile along with some other details within 2 months. The necessary documents / information of the candidates are:

  1. Scanning of the travel document (passport) of all applicants
  2. Digital photograph of all applicants
  3. Proof of employment of the main applicant
  4. Proof of funds of the main applicant (+ spouse if coming)
  5. Medical proof of all applicants
  6. Proof of education and IELTS of all applicants eligible for jobs
  7. Police clearance certificate (from all countries where you have resided for 6 months or more) of all applicants

Obtaining a police clearance certificate from other countries usually takes time, so manage your 2 months wisely here.

Cost varies based on medical cost, PCC fees, notarization fees, etc., depending on the location. Ideally, all expenses should be covered between CAD 300-350 per applicant.

STEP 06: Pay the immigration fee and wait for the PPR

After submitting the documents and paying the immigration fees to the CIC, Canadian immigration officers begin to verify the documents and information provided. This usually takes 2-4 months depending on the type of application, the countries in which a person has resided and, most importantly, the immigration visa office the application was sent to for processing and the number of applications. slopes.

The New Delhi visa office is famous for taking 4 months to process and verify submitted documents, sometimes even longer!

Cost: CAD 1050 x number of applicants on application

STEP 07: Receive PPR, submit your passport and get CoPR

Once the documents are verified, the candidates receive information about the result of their application by email. Upon successful processing, candidates will receive a confirmation email and must present all applicants' passports for the visa stamp and CoPR. This is generally known as getting PPR.

The passports are being shipped by VFS Global and would cost around CAD 30 per applicant. The stamped passport is returned to the designated address within 2 weeks along with 2 copies of CoPR.

Here, the passport stamping means that the visa will be stamped in the passport. This visa is a mandatory, single entry visa. It means that the applicant can use the visa to enter Canada only once and also within the expiration time of the visa.

Cost: approximately CAD 30 x number of applicants

STEP 08: Arrive in Canada at CoPR and apply for the PR card

Applicants are supposed to travel to Canada within the period mentioned on the passport visa (done in the PPR). The possession is generally until the passport is valid or until the medical proof is valid, whichever comes first. In any case, the visa will not be for more than 1 year.

Applicants are supposed to plan their travel, temporary or permanent migration to Canada within Visa deadlines and present a copy of CoPR upon landing. The other copy is stamped and returned.

After landing at the airport and before you leave, the immigration officers will get some details from you and verify certain information mentioned in your CoPR. First, one copy of the CoPR will be taken and the other will be stamped and returned. This process verifies that you have landed within the desired time period and the processing of your PR card starts automatically.

After that, you will be directed to the induction room, where you will be asked for details in the CoPR and if any of them have been changed. As if you are now married or divorced or given birth, etc.

After that, you will be directed to an immigration helper who will give you a Welcome Kit that will answer all of your basic questions. You will be instructed to get your SSN at the nearest office and get a bank account and other things. You can raise any questions there and you will be directed to leave the airport once all the information is provided.

Cost: travel cost of each applicant

STEP 09: Receive the PR card (2-3 months)

The official processing time for the PR card is 62 to 65 days and the PR card will be mailed to the address provided by applicants upon arrival. The address must be a Canadian address. The Government of Canada does not send the PR card by courier outside of Canada, nor can anyone else. Outgoing couriers are usually scanned for chip cards and since your PR card is embedded with a digital chip, it will be confiscated or returned to the sender. You will need to reapply for the PR card in case of confiscation, which is a tedious process.

The PR card will be sent to the mentioned address within 50 to 80 days. In case you have made a soft landing (temporary landing) just to fulfill the landing formalities before the Visa expires and you will not be staying in Canada by the time your PR card arrives, you can provide the address of your friend / family member while land for the card to be delivered there and then ask a friend / relative to bring the PR card to your home country in person.

STEP 10: You are Canadian PR. Enjoy!

Once you have your PR card, you will officially be a Canadian PR. Have fun!

The PR card is provided with a validity of 5 years. A person is supposed to live in Canada for 730 days in 5 consecutive years to continue with their PR card for the next 5 years after expiration.

If a person has been in Canada for more than 1,095 days in 5 consecutive years, they are eligible to apply for Canadian citizenship.

Some frequently used acronyms in this post and during visa processing:

  • CLB - Canadian Language Benchmark
  • ECA - Education Credential Assessment
  • EE - Express Entry
  • ROI - Round invitations
  • ITA - Invitation to apply
  • CoPR - Confirmation of Permanent Residence
  • PPR - Passport application
  • PR - Permanent Resident (residence)

Never fall prey to those cheaters.

I was foolish enough to subscribe to Y-Axis Canada's job search services.

I visited your Bandra-Kurla office for the first time in September 2019 to inquire about job search services. The councilman brainwashed me into the property and was led to believe that I almost received an offer from a Canadian employer and that it would only be a matter of 2 or 3 months to land in Canada.

Since then I have received a follow up call twice a day and on September 22 I paid an amount of ₹ 46,020 (₹ 39,000 + ₹ 7,020 GST) for job search and they promised me that employers would start contacting me.

Once I made the payment, it became very difficult to contact the councilor as my calls were unanswered at all times. Then I had to call from different numbers to get an answer, and as soon as they knew it was me, the conversation was interrupted under the pretext that the person I am trying to contact is very busy and would call me. As you can guess, no one would call me back.

After 4-5 visits to your office, I received a work search agreement to sign. (Traveling and contacting their office is the only option to speak to them once you have paid the money, as only those who must still be trapped can contact them by phone)

After that I was told to create a separate GMail and LinkedIn account and share username and passwords with the "Job Search Artist" (away from job search, they are actually artists) so that both Gmail and LinkedIn are managed by them. in my name.

Then an 8 week job search service started and weekly updates of applied jobs were sent to my personal email.

I was surprised to note that they were doing it for the sake of doing it and just searching common job portals and blindly applying for numerous jobs, regardless of whether it is relevant to my profile or not. They don't have any recruiter connection as stated at the beginning.

Anyone with an Android phone can do it without help and without paying a single penny. In my CV I clearly mentioned that I only knew 3 languages: English, Hindi and Urdu, but some of the jobs applied for by them required compulsory fluency in French / Chinese and some required horse riding skills. They were doing just one thing - browsing through common job sites and clicking Apply buttons without checking required skills / education.

Now they tell me that my services ended and they have nothing to do with the result.

I did not receive a single message from any recruiter nor was I interviewed, leave the job offer and the work permit that they promised me on the first day.

My LinkedIn profile, which was managed by Y-Axis for over a year, does not have a single connection / network, as if the account was just created.

They have a no-refund policy because making money is their only business.

I have lost a year and a half and ₹ 46,020 (which could be very useful during these difficult Covid times)

And don't believe anyone who tries to catch you under the guise of a Canadian job offer, as Canadian employers recruit only local residents (citizens and public relations). Foreign job applicants are recruited only in exceptional cases when they cannot find anyone. no person with the required skills in Canada.

Y-Axis immigration consultancy has sent many abroad. Based on what I researched online, I found that they have a lot of verifiable successes. His primary experience is in Canadian Public Relations and Australian Public Relations. I think Y-Axis is the perfect consultant if you are planning to move to Canada or Australia with your family in 2020. Obviously, you cannot expect them to expedite your application as no visa consultant can. Those who promise that they can get your visa on the fast track are false and are lying. Also, no visa consultancy can guarantee that you will be granted the visa. It is the government of the country you are applying to that will decide whether to grant you a visa or not.

All that a verified and established visa consultant can do for you is to minimize the reasons why your visa application may be rejected. As they handle so many visa and immigration cases on a daily basis, Y-Axis knows exactly what can go wrong and will guide you accordingly. Having someone point out the mistakes that can cause your application to be rejected will help you avoid common potholes. When you submit a visa application through a verified visa consultant, there is a better chance that your visa application will be approved.

Immigration consultants are many. The genuine ones are few. Y-Axis is one of the visa consultants that has earned its place in the industry with high-level services and unmatched quality. Many of those I know have used different services offered by Y-Axis. From what I have heard, Y-Axis is a good place for IELTS Coaching. They also provide training for TOEFL, SAT, GRE, PTE, GMAT, and the German language.

Y-Axis is the best place to go if you are looking for consultants dealing with immigration to Canada, Australia or Germany. They have full updates on the different Canada Express Entry draws and the individual requirements of the different provinces that participate in Canada's Provincial Nominee Program (PNP). They are also good if you want to immigrate to Canada in 2020 on the Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot (RNIP), the Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program (AIPP), etc.

They have good experience handling complex immigration and expedited entry cases to Canada. Remember that if you calculate your Canadian Public Relations eligibility online through many free online tools, it may not be accurate. It is always better to go with the people you know best. What I would suggest is that you go to any of the Y-Axis offices and ask for free advice. Your counselor will be the ideal person to advise you on the best future course to take based on your educational qualifications and work experience.

There is a reason why there are so many visa consultants. So many visa applications are rejected daily due to small application errors that it saves time and money to have professionals on board with you from the beginning. While professionals charge you for services rendered, there is still a greater chance that your application will be accepted if you review them. Reapplying after rejection can be both demoralizing and irritating for most of us. You better get it right the first time with people who work for you, with you. I don't know about the rest, but you can trust Y-Axis.

I started my process a few months ago, as my older brother settled in Canada for the last 2 years, I always wanted to apply for the Canadian public relations process and was looking for immigration consultancy in Bangalore. I am a computer programmer with 4 years of experience and I was very adamant about moving to Canada. So I went to a number of consultancies in Bangalore, but started with Alorence Immigration, Mohit Gupta 7507779235. There are some major differences between all the consultancies I attended which are listed below:

The massive cost of Rs.1,00,000.00 / --- asked by these consultants was too much for the process, I remember my upset paid Rs. 50,000 / - alone, but unfortunately that Consultancy was no longer working so I had to switch and find a professional and experienced consultancy for the right way.

· These consultants think clients are dumb when I asked them about their success rate, they said it was 90%, especially on the Y-axis, they said 93.2% figure, I remember exactly that. The Govt. from Canada they screen about 3600 applications every two months and currently, none of the candidates in the pool is around 5-7 lakh, so according to their confirmation 3600 every 3200 are from their consultancy, which is completely amazing. Any consultancy can present its case but the selection is made by the IRCC.

They tried to get me to rush through the process saying that currently my work is in demand and in a few months maybe not, which I understand is applicable, but since my brother was there I knew that computer engineers are always in demand and it's a matter of fact 7-10 days of time never hurt just the selection of the application. Even after submitting your Expression of Interest, it takes time to receive an ITA.

Apart from this they had their own ties to other consultants where they would help in the jobs but they had to pay separate charges of Rs 20,000 / --- to Rs 30,000 / ---, it felt like they were feeding for 3 years. who does not know what is what. He couldn't believe that people even fell into these traps. Since the selection is based solely on your skills, the consultancy guides you through the correct documentation and submission of the profile, so I do not think this is necessary.

· Some consultant even told me that within 6 months they would get me public relations, this Sheetal girl with whom I spoke in the y axis, she told me that all her clients receive an Invitation within 4 months. But when I looked for the information I came to know that the government. of Canada does not confirm any set time, but they claim to complete the process within the minimum possible time, which is 2-4 months after submitting the police and medical clearance certificate. Then the government. from Canada who was giving the PR saying 6-12 months and this Consulting 4 months, think of us as idiots, unprofessional attitude and unethical.

· Other than that, if you wanted to apply for separate provinces, the charges will be additional, most of us are not aware of the provincial nomination programs and when you request to submit your application, they ask for additional fees. Today, the open cut CRS for nominations is very difficult and PNP is the only option for 90% of eligible candidates.

My reasons for choosing Alorence

· The fees I paid for the process were reasonable, that is, much lower compared to other consultancies. There are no separate charges for PNP. Also, if my profile expires in 1 year from the shipping date, it will be resubmitted to the Express Entry group with no additional charges.

· I was never rushed to initiate payment, instead led me to take some time and then decide that moving abroad is never easy. The initial month is always difficult and you have to adapt to the extreme Cimatic conditions that the country offers.

· The explanation of the process was very detailed, explaining each and every one, that is, from the eligibility assessment to the visa application, how it happens, the time frame, the money I need to spend. The customer service approach was good.

· I was briefed on the employment system and told that getting a job is based entirely on my potential and the round of employer interviews can help rewrite my resume and escalate my profile to various job banks.

Lastly, I just want to highlight the fact that Rs. 1,00,000 / - or more is too much for anyone. They are assisting you and representing your file before the government. in the right way and try it about the required documents, for that you can evaluate how much it is worth. Support is always good, but at what cost you should always find out. You go with any consultancy, but it is always important to know the awareness and trends of the market. So be careful to leave your case in good hands. Also, keep in mind that the most recent rounds for public relations rounds are through PNP, so applying for PNP programs is key to permanent residency in Canada.

He was also in the dilemma of which consultancy to choose for the service and it became a very difficult situation to choose the right one when he is investing his hard-earned money. I was in America and my mother contacted Alorence Immigration after reading their positive reviews everywhere. Due to the deviation in the time zone, I was unable to contact them, instead my mother took that initiative. The call was taken by Mr. Mukesh (8073984717) and my mother was convinced by the way Mr. Mukesh explained the whole process. She told me to connect with Alorence so that I also had clarity of the same, I sent her a text message.

I had 30 minutes of conversation with Mr. Mukesh and he cleared up all my doubts related to the process and for me the main concern was ECA as I did with my US masters and the other concern was the police verification. I relaxed after talking to him as he gave me a clear picture of everything. One more thing I really want to appreciate about them is their patience and customer-centric nature. My mother called them so many times each time they responded so patiently and appropriately. One more thing I really want to appreciate about them is their patience and customer-centric nature. My mother called them so many times each time they responded so patiently and appropriately.

I was confused about the normal Express entry and the PNP, but Mr. Mukesh explained both with a proper explanation. After three days, a legal case manager was assigned to my case who took care of my case from ECA to visa stamping. I would say that all Alorence members know their work so well that we don't have to worry about a thing once we choose their service. They also corrected my resume that was not up to date for a long time, this cooperation helped me a lot and it means a lot when you are too busy in your schedules and do not have time for other things. They are very picky when picking up the case and this I found out when my colleague approached them for public relations and they directly refused to take his case as he was not eligible for the public relations process.

Timeline: I received the invitation within 9 months of starting the process and that is the expected time when PNP is ready for a profile to get the invitation.

I would say they are 100% genuine, you can blindly trust them if you want to migrate to Canada.

You cannot question if you are not getting a PR because their work is done once they have registered your name (just by filling out the form) and they can get away with it.

On behalf of resume services they will just copy their own resume and promise they have a solid foundation in job marketing in countries like Canada and things will be positive in cases like ours (where my husband is a graduate from a reputable institution and I currently work with one of the Big Fours and I am an architect working with the leading construction company in India). They will charge you a large amount for your so-called useless consultancy and each month they will only send an email with the result of the draw for ITA nothing more. No other support or guidance of any other kind for which they are charging.

One of your consultants, Ms. Achira Vishwas, who sits in the Nehru Place branch, will promise everything and confuse you in every possible way. After completing your goal of receiving customers and money through them (for which you would get incentives), you would not even call to ask about the progress of your process. They are such a fraud that they will make you sign an agreement made to your own comfort and terms that you will not be able to understand while signing as half of the things you will not know in the initial days of the process (since your familiar with the terms and the process and trust them blindly)

In the end, when they fail to deliver on promises, they wouldn't even refund 50% of the useless consulting amount, which they agreed to pay at the time of initial consultations. Now Ms Achira Bishwas doesn't even remember the refund request.

I repeat again, never fall into their trap. Save your money and do your PR process yourself as it is not a big deal. You can do the whole process yourself and participate fully.

PS: Please see one of the reviews (in the comment section) posted by your own former employee that clearly says how angry they are with your goals. Shame!
