I just started my new job and I hate it. I spent the whole night crying. Should I quit?

Why do you hate your new job? What makes you think that if you quit smoking and start a new one, the cycle will not repeat itself? You are now an adult (I hope) and you need to learn to deal with uncomfortable situations, especially at work.

He did not give any details, but if it is not immoral work, then you must move on!

If you are 20 years old, I suggest you read "The Defining Decade" by Meg Jay. Address the same problem you have. We have all worked jobs that made us cry almost daily and we survived.

You will get through this, so be strong!

Sending you peace and love.

We can't say you should or shouldn't. I've seen people do each one and they all survived. Sometimes you just get off to a bad start and things can get better. Is there someone you can talk to about it? Anyone who can change any of the things at work? And are the things you don't like just emotional (does it feel bad that you don't get paid much or?) Or are they built on things like safety issues that are really dangerous and unavoidable? You can get used to some of the former and change the way you look at them (things under your control), but not the latter, which you should get out of right away.
