Hi there! Watching, reading books, and watching motivational videos definitely don't stimulate the will to work.

So if you don't have a college degree, it doesn't really matter. Go to the nearby places (towns, slums or any other underprivileged area) and talk to people about what they need, what kinds of stores they need in their daily life that are not available nearby.
