However, either party is free to go back in the bidding process. The company can revoke the offer according to its strategies and also the person offered, if they are not convinced with the offer made.

The participation letter may be called a letter of acceptance by the person who has received the offer. If a person accepts the offer made by the company, they write an email expressing their interest in taking the position and joining the company. It is suggested to write the email regardless of whether it is accepted verbally or not.
