How do I know if my job makes me happy?

How do I know if my job makes me happy?

You'll know man!

Happiness is something you feel and you will know. You will be excited to work, you will be happy with everything you do. You will see yourself grow, not only in your career, you will see your general growth.

I probably shouldn't say this, but if you're thinking about it, it might not make you so happy.

Consider yourself happy if:

Work: The work you do is relevant to you ... it attracts you, you like to do your usual work at least 50% of the days.

Finances: You can save / invest at least 30% of your monthly income at home and then pay all your regular monthly bills and expenses. If you don't have to think about going bankrupt if you buy your favorite pair of shoes.

Life: you have time for what you want to do. Whether it's to spend time with family or housework or for your hobby.

Departure - You have the flexibility to take days off if necessary

If you are happy with your work, these types of questions never come to mind, and if someone is not happy, they always think that it is complicated and that I am not suitable for this.

  1. Don't take life too seriously.
  2. Make laughter a central element of your daily life and don't care what other people think.
  3. What you love makes you happy. There is a connection between what you love and your destiny. Don't ignore your emotions. They are there for a reason.
  4. What you feel should never control your happiness. Happiness should control what you feel and how you feel it.
  5. Read joke books or watch comedy movies and TV shows. Read story books, especially novels. They make you forget your miseries, for a while.
  6. The surest way to kill your happiness is to watch horror movies. Avoid them at any c

  6. The surest way to kill your happiness is to watch horror movies. Avoid them at any cost. They are not good for your soul.
  7. Happiness is very contagious. Find happy friends and make them laugh and don't stay with them.
  8. Find a good reason to be happy and hold on to it as if your life depended on it.
  9. Move to a place where people are happy or move to a place where people want to be happy.
  10. Eat chocolate. Scientists tell us that eating dark chocolate actually works chemically to improve our mood. Dark chocolate contains compounds that stimulate endorphins, the same compounds that are released after exercising or laughing. Now you know.
  11. Avoid arguments, fights and bitterness. They only poison your mood.
  12. Team up with a group of happy people or form a 'happy club'; will never be sad.
  13. Do you love listening to music? It should. Calm your nerves. If you don't, I pity you.
  14. Avoid negative thoughts and feelings. They only add to your misery. Cultivate positive vibes.
  15. Most of you won't like this: stop watching porn. It doesn't make you happy. You end up masturbating, which wears you out from the inside out.
  16. Meditate and listen to soothing, relaxing, and spiritual music. Many people will disagree with me, but hard rock or heavy metal kills your peace.
  17. Decide to be happy. You don't need a formula or the psychology of happiness to be happy. There is no formula for happiness.
  18. Whenever you feel sad, just take 3 deep breaths and slowly exhale. Release your sadness and anger as you exhale. This works with over a thousand other formulas.
  19. Go for a jog or walk your dog. If you don't have a dog, jog anyway. Fresh air is rich in oxygen, which injects new life into your system.
  20. Forgive everyone who has offended you, but most importantly, forgive yourself.
  21. Don't take your sweet dream for granted. Doctors recommend 6 to 8 hours of sleep a day. Biologically, there are nutrients that can only be made when you are asleep. The more you sleep, the more nutrients are produced.
  22. If you have a flower garden, take care of it regularly. The flowers emit a healing scent. Greet people when you pass, including your neighbors. Find an excuse to laugh by making a joke.

She was morbidly obese when working occasionally / part time with an organization on their phones without physical contact with clients. And I loved the job and was looking forward to being offered a full-time position. There was a stabbed manipulative bitch lying in the office who attacked me and did everything she could to get me in trouble with the administration. As it was always a lie, it never worked. I got tired of waiting for a full-time offer, so I looked to apply for another full-time job. I called my supervisor and told her that I had been successful in doing just that. She was so happy for me. Then he told me that I was the most professional, trustworthy and trustworthy person on his staff, but that I would never have been offered a full-time job there. (!! ) I questioned it and she explained that the manager couldn't stand me because I was obese, and in fact he had reprimanded her for giving me the job !! The other job he had applied for he had applied for experienced telephone operators. Still resentful of the former manager, I requested it knowing he was 'safe' because it was 'just a voice'. It was only after I started working there, that I found out that it involved reception too! Luckily for me, they didn't mention that in the ad, because I never would have asked for it! LMAO. Both employers advertise that they have 'Equal Opportunity', well we know which one was lying! I sat at the reception desk with my image reflected in the large window and I couldn't stop smiling as I pinched myself! I. I! Working for a television studio meeting famous people and dignitaries who treated me with the utmost respect. (The staff said they liked me because of my happy and helpful demeanor, as well as knowing how to talk to people!) The advantage was that the other people who worked there were first-rate human beings. They were better than family! The extra bonus was with the love they directed me, my confidence grew and I lost 100 kilos with the exercise, with my new family cheering me on all the way. So in response to your question as to who is happy with their work. WAS!! I know I'm probably going to sound all philosophical. But life gives us what we need. That is something I have learned to learn.

At some point I got really bored when people told me "when life gives you lemons, make lemonade!" We attract what we can handle and what we project. Or perhaps a better way to put it is that life gives us what we are prepared for. You know: what we can handle. If you feel like your job makes you unhappy. You may wonder "Why?" What is it about your job that makes you unhappy? Once you do: challenge yourself to learn from experience by fixing that.

Do that task correctly (that is, any task that makes you unhappy), once you become an expert at that task. Then the universe will throw something bigger and better at you.

For example, he used to say, "Why can't I be cured?" Sometime. As in "Why do I always have emotional pain?" Why did I go through tragedy after tragedy? Do you know what I learned? That at the moment when you take each tragedy as it is presented and face it, giving it the attention it requires. The universe throws something better at me because it would mean that I have grown and learned from everything I went through. Therefore; if you get jobs you hate. Maybe it's because there is something you are not dealing with. There are many aspects and elements to consider in the work.

Like: Do I hate this job for people? Or "Do I hate this job because of my mean boss?" Or "Do I hate this job because I'd rather do something else than what I'm currently doing?" Once you access that. Focus on finding parts of the current job that you might like. Be so good at it that your boss finally comes up to you and says, “You know, I've noticed you're good at 1, 2, 3! Don't you want to lead the team doing 1, 2, 3? "And trust me, with that kind of attitude. You may be happier with supposedly bad work. Or it may lead you to discover bits and pieces about yourself that you may have ignored. The reality is: if life keeps throwing you at you. Most likely, until you learn from it and make the most of it, it will continue to serve you the same.

We are assigned to different tasks. And maybe in the job you hate there is a God / Universe assigned task that you might be ignoring. Until you face it. Then you will keep getting bad jobs. I know that I started to grow when I recognized each emotion and started to name each one of them. Only once I have faced the demons I had, could I feel whole and move on to the next demon.

"Life speaks!" And "Life teaches!" Only until you listen and learn can you get to the core of what you should be concentrating on if you don't have an idea. Hope this makes sense?

Unlike many people, I took civil engineering not because I had no other choice, I took it because I wanted to. I was lucky to get a job in the main sector just one month after graduation in my hometown.

On my first day of work, I was very excited. After a short briefing in the office, I was asked to come to the site. The company I work for makes green buildings, which I have always found interesting.

My job is to supervise everything that happens on that site.

My first day turned out to be the exact opposite of what I expected. The people on the site not only didn't listen to me, they completely ignored my existence. Even though I'm 23, I hardly look 18. That didn't help. There are times when few of the workers used to sing weird songs when I was around. I was the only girl (I'm still) working on the site. Sometimes it was scary. Every day I came home and contemplated the day I took civilization. Perhaps people were right, civilized is not actually for girls.

There are nets that are tied up on the lower levels of the work, so that if someone wants to dump something from the upper floors (mainly garbage), they do not have to go down all the time. They can do it by the highest lever without anyone getting hurt. Networks look like this.

For whatever reason, these nets cannot be tied on both sides. So all they had to do was turn around, walk a few steps, and throw it to the other side. They did not.

My lowest point came when one of the consultants who came to our site got injured. Someone threw a brick from the upper floor. Fortunately, it landed on his feet and not on his head.

It was my complete failure to manage the site that led to this. I felt like a loser.

They stopped for a week or two and then started again.

One day when he was on a round, the same thing happened to him. A brick landed just millimeters from my feet. That was it. I have already done it.

I went straight up to that floor, found out who the job was, went to his contractor, and he got fired. He was surprised. He didn't expect me to do that. The boy just fired him. In 1 hour I received your release papers from the office. He begged me to give him one more chance and why am I punishing all the jobs working for him for only one of the jobs he was at fault, I didn't budge. I knew that if I gave it a chance, sooner or later I would regret it.

After everything was done, I went to the bathroom and stayed there. I still couldn't believe it. I had always been bad at confrontation, never been able to do it in 23 years. But here I was, just 3 months after my job I had fired someone. I was out of my comfort zone and it didn't kill me.

Things changed after that. People on my site know that if I say something I mean it. I knew they still didn't like me, but I knew they respected me.

Nine months later, I can proudly say that I am happy with my work. It's not because of the money I'm getting, it's because it forces me out of my sweet little comfort zone every day. I meet a variety of people and learn something new every day. I have learned not to treat people differently because of their profession or gender, but to treat them like human beings, and most of the time they will return the favor.

At the end of each month, I give my entire paycheck to my mother (although I'm pretty sure she deposits the full amount into my account). The feeling of pride on his face makes me the happiest person in the world at that moment.

And it turns out that civil engineering is a good career choice for girls too!

I know that is a very long answer. Thanks for reading it to the end!

A few days ago, conversation with my dad

Usually my dad and I don't talk for more than 30 seconds when everything is normal. if it goes beyond 30 seconds, it means something serious happened this time i.e Corona

Dad: How are you? How are things in Bangalore?

Me: Not good, all offices ask their employees to work from home, restaurants close, and people don't get hand sanitizers or masks.

Dad: Do you have hand sanitizers?

Me: No, I just get by with soap and hand washing.

Dad: Ok and I disconnected his call like he always does without saying goodbye. (That always happens with me

Dad: Ok and I disconnected his call like he always does without saying goodbye. (That always happens with me).

2 days later

I got a package from my dad and I opened it and was surprised because there was a hand sanitizer in it.

I called my dad again.

Me: Dad, how did you get it? Even in your city, is it difficult to get it right?

Dad: Yeah, I got it after wandering all over town. It doesn't matter, use it and be careful.

Me: Dad, but even you and Mom don't have hand sanitizers, do they? you could have used it. You need it more.

Dad: Don't worry, we'll manage somehow.

What little things always make you smile?

The risk your parents take to make sure their children are safe makes me smile and be proud of my parents.

My dad is 61 years old, but he put in all his effort and sacrificed his safety to make sure his son is safe. That makes me want him more and more.

So never stop giving the same love to your parents because you are living for you, but they live for you.

The work in which you feel in a state of resonance is probably the work that will make you happy inside.

Now before I move on to another answer, let me explain the term resonance to you.

It is the quality of a sound to be deep, full and reverberant. A task where you want to put your best effort and while doing it your energy is at the top. And, a good point is that under this state a person never feels tired and bored.

Now before I move on to another answer, let me explain the term resonance to you.

It is the quality of a sound to be deep, full and reverberant. A task where you want to put your best effort and while doing it your energy is at the top. And, a good point is that under this state a person never feels tired and bored.

I have some examples to back this up,

Popularly known as Tabla Maestro, Ustad Zakir Hussain has truly made his indelible mark in the field of music and has also gained international recognition. A true legend, his music will continue to captivate us for many years to come.

Do you think he ever got tired of playing tabla?

Look here..

Yes, none other than Michael Jackson, the world remembers his dance.

Have you ever found him dancing with less energy?

A programmer programming ...

A singer singing ..

A painter painting ...

A teacher dedicated to teaching ...

Players playing ...

So all these people are very focused on their career and they never get tired or bored of it. They are in a state of resonance while doing their work. And the reason behind this state is quite simple: they enjoy what they do. They know what they are good at and are happy to do so. And happiness is a state in which a person wants to stay forever. This is the reason why they never feel pierced. So you see how everything is interconnected in this world.

Now, you are the one who must wonder if you are capable of achieving such kind of satisfaction and happiness (as the people above) while doing your job or not. Accordingly, decide your career.

I hope I have justified the question.

Good luck :-)

There are many things in life besides work! It is not like this? We are human and we are supposed to be sad about something sometimes. If you don't get sad, you don't get happiness either, I think. For example, a person who has everything in life…. Work, home, love, family, money ... everything, do you think he will always be happy because he has everything? You may not have any friends, so you might get sad. And imagine a person who works very hard to get food for a day and when he buys some food he becomes happy. This is life !!!

Isn't life beautiful?

I don't think so, bro, think big to achieve great achievements if you get 9 to 5 jobs, you will be paid about 30K 40k per month, everything is spent on paying your electricity and EMI bills, mobile recharges and appliances. have less or no money on hand to save for your duties and if you have responsibilities like wife, kids and family then it's like (WIN = SAVE = SPEND = NO CASH FOR LIFE)

So never get comfortable with work, earn different sources of income, and try new things to build wealth so you don't have to think about your expenses every day….

"We are all naked to death," says Steve Jobs. Nothing can save us from that. I hate to see people who boast of wealth, beauty, intelligence, level of education, fame, and material possessions. There is nothing you have achieved in life that no one else has achieved. There is only one thing worth bragging about, which is: "Life in Almighty God." So, be good to your neighbor and always make friends. Always remember that the people you trampled on going up a ladder will be the same people you will likely come across going down.

Therefore, do not cause any problems for others because if you do, they will one day become your problem. Eventually, even banana stalks will one day turn into dry leaves. Therefore, do not foolishly get carried away by material possession. Soon it will grow old and die.
