How do I keep a positive attitude at work without letting someone negative ruin my whole day?

One of the best ways to respond to your negativity is to not get involved. When I am with someone who complains negatively, I try to change the subject, it helps them see the positive side of their negativity (there is always one). If that doesn't work, because sometimes people want to complain just because that's what they know how to do, you could answer them now. Will I say mmmm or oh? You know, something like that. You could also leave the space you are occupying with them, if possible. Basically, try not to get involved with negativity. You don't want to bring you

You could also leave the space you are occupying with them, if possible. Basically, try not to get involved with negativity. You don't want your good vibes to drop to their level and maybe if they see that you are optimistic and positive, that will help them find a different solution. I also have a mark that I make to protect myself when I am in these situations, I imagine myself surrounded by a white bubble in which all negativity bounces, that way you can't absorb it. You can make your bubble pink if you want to love the person back. Good luck and stay positive.

Answer this: Are you a victim or a victor?

Two letters make the difference. If you are a victim, you are completely at the whims of fate and circumstance. Unless the world harmonizes with your needs, your balance will be ruined.

Is this how you want to be? If not, learn to separate your well-being from external factors. Remember, there are levels of security and we take steps to protect the lowest. Physiological needs (respiration, food, water, sleep and homeostasis): in North America these are quite safe. Likewise, security needs such as body security, employment, beef.

Physiological needs (respiration, food, water, sleep and homeostasis): in North America these are quite safe. In addition, security needs such as the security of the body, employment, resources, family, health and property are also often quite secure.

You are usually talking about needs for love / belonging and esteem. This is more complicated, and yet they don't need to be tied to things like job titles and job shortcuts. The value and success of your day should be tied to things that only you control: your behavior, your attitude, and your actions. What others do is based on their lives and their needs. You cannot and should not try to control that.

Learn to take control of yourself in all kinds of circumstances. Own your emotions and your responses. Don't say "It ruined my day." Say, "Your actions caused me confusion. I responded with these emotions and thoughts." Now look at your answers. How can you improve them? How can you better control yourself and respond better to these unforeseen circumstances? Use the bad behavior of others to improve yourself. So no matter what they do, you will always win!

Stay away from co-workers who complain a lot, irritate you, and hold a grudge against you. Even if you have to sit with them or manage a project together, try to build positive relationships with other co-workers who have positive energy and attitude.

Take breaks and breathe when you are nervous. It is better to walk away and calm down than to get angry and vent to your colleagues.

And remember to smile while talking or chatting with people. Even if they are not positive, you can at least try to make a good impact in a conversation.

Enjoy!

I cannot wish to push negative people away from my life, personal or professional.

Whenever I meet them, I cannot control my unhappiness, anger, etc. for what they do.

But if my whole day is spoiled due to that incident, that means that I am reliving that event in my mind throughout the day. If I choose to relive it also the next day, surely that day will also be ruined.

Therefore, I try not to relive my past in the present.

Many times I succeed and my day is saved.

Maybe you can try this trick.

I hope this helps.

You may want to read a little about the teachings of Stoicism. It teaches you to become aware of the things you can and cannot control.

Other people, of course, cannot be controlled, however the way you react can.

Every response to negativity is an opportunity for you to define your character by showing the universe that you choose a higher path!

Hello there

When you are positive in your mind and happy about it, why allow someone to mess with you? They only mess with you because you don't tell them to stay in their place, once you directly tell them that you are not interested in their conversation, opinion, or even advice, they will stay in their place.

Start noticing all the good times in your day and let them spoil your day in a positive way. Allow someone's negative clutter to last for a moment, not a whole day.

Explore nature and the connection between thoughts, emotions, and consciousness to discover an inner space that is always calm, serene, and well.

Most people believe that their emotions are reliable and accurate. Could not be farther from the truth. Your emotions arise from thought, not the other way around.

Try this experiment. Think of a situation or person that makes your blood boil. When you can feel the anger or stress that you originally experienced, you know that it was the thought about the situation, not the emotion, that came first.

Maintaining a positive mental attitude has more benefits.

Try this experiment. Think of a situation or person that makes your blood boil. When you can feel the anger or stress that you originally experienced, you know that it was the thought about the situation, not the emotion, that came first.

Keeping a positive mental attitude has more to do with your thoughts than your emotions.

But that's not the answer, just the sneak peek of more to come.

Where do thoughts come from?

Have you ever wondered where thoughts come from? They seem to come out of nowhere, but in fact, the thoughts are generated by your mind. Difficulties occur when you believe your thoughts.

Because you are not your thoughts.

You are the thinker of your thoughts. That means you are more than your thoughts. Mind-blowing to think about it, isn't it?

Best-selling author and speaker Michael Neill describes this space beautifully:

There is a space with you where you are already complete, perfect and complete. It is a space of pure Consciousness, the space within which all thoughts come and go.

Neill's premise in his book, "Inner Space" is that every problem in life occurs when we lose our bearings and believe in our thoughts. The way home is to return to this space of consciousness and connect to a higher power.

He calls it "Living from the inside out."

And that, my friend, is the answer to your question.

Living from the inside out

When you live from the breadth of inner awareness, your worth and worth are established.

There is no longer a need for the outside world to validate or encourage it. Instead, because of your relationship with the inner world, you are enough. And this eliminates the need to "maintain a positive mental attitude."

You are enough. You are seen. You are loved.

I wrote about life from the inside out in my latest book, "The Money Tree: Transforming Scarcity Thinking Into Empowered Wealth Consciousness." The narrator, Flow, couldn't understand why his student wouldn't let go of her attachment to being fired from her job. It wasn't until Flow experienced the loss of connection that came from life from the outside in that she understood.

She} had forgotten that she was an infinite being having an experience of time and space! I was caught in the trap of living in ...

Flow summarized what he learned by sharing:

When you shift from an outer consciousness to an inner consciousness and a connection to Divine Love, dignity ... is your natural state.

When you live from inner space, your attitude will naturally flow from a sense of gratitude, abundance, and love.

It largely depends on the premise that leads you to be active in the first place.

You could choose to be active every day of your life, but that activity could be subjectively devoid of meaning. Or you could be active in an attempt to avoid being left alone with yourself. Or you could be active to overcompensate for something you're trying to avoid or don't like to see in yourself. The list is quite endless, as at this point, it boils down to the subjective state of being.

While on the positive side, an example would be going to the gym even if you hate it. Understand that you will get benefits that will last a lifetime and that will actually improve your experience status. Or freely pursue your hobbies and even be able to monetize them. That would be a wombo combo of positive activity, as you are not only satisfying your own subjective passions, but also objectively improving your living condition by making money from them.

Again, the list keeps expanding as it boils down to one's wiring and being able to distinguish the fine line between what would be considered negative and positive activity internally.

You can achieve success in anything you want in life if you believe you can.

It's not magic. It's just an attitude:

I am a positive attitude I CAN!

This generates power and skill, and energy to do!

When you think you CAN do it, you develop the HOW TO DO IT.

Believing that something is possible is the driving force behind humanity's great achievements, from landing on the moon to finding cures for cancer!

Belief is the basic ingredient in the character of any successful person.

Believe that you can and will succeed.

Unbelief is a negative power. It attracts doubts, reasons to support disbelief, prepares the subconscious for failure, and ultimately fails!

Doubt fails, only belief triumphs.

A person is the product of their thoughts, belief is BIG!

See your mind as a thought factory! There are two engineers there, Mr. Triumph, who is busy working out positive thoughts and reasons why he will be successful.

The other engineer, Mr. Defeat, fabricates thoughts of defeat, reasons why he cannot and how he will fail.

But they both obey you. If you give the order, they start working! If your signal is positive, Mr. Triumph goes to work to be successful. If your command is negative, Mr. Defeat will take care to make sure it fails.

  • Think of success, not failure.
  • Remember that successful people are ordinary people who have grown up and believe in themselves and therefore never give up until they make it.
  • Believe big! Never sell short! The size of your belief determines the size of your success.

Yes, 100% true, positivity makes life easier, better, and more enjoyable.

OSHO says:

If a negative mind comes to a rose, to a garden, there may be many roses there, but it will only count the thorns. The first thing for the negative mind is the thorns; that is significant. The flowers are simply illusory; only the thorns are real. It will count, and of course for every flower there are a thousand thorns. And once he has counted a thousand thorns, he cannot believe in a flower. You will say that this flower is simply illusory. How can such a beautiful flower exist with such ugly thorns, violent thorns? It's impossible, it's incredible. And even if it exists, now it doesn't mean anything. A thousand thorns have been counted and the flower disappears.

A positive mind will start with the rose, with the flower. And once you are in communion with the rose, once you know the beauty, the life, the supernatural flowering, the thorns disappear. And who has known the rose in its beauty, in its highest possibility, who has looked at it deeply, for him now even thorns will not seem like thorns. Eyes full of pink are different now. Now the thorns will look like a protection for this flower. They will not be enemies; they will be seen as part of the flower event.

Now this mind will know that this flower passes and these thorns are necessary, they protect. Due to these thorns, this flower could emerge. This positive mind will feel grateful even to the thorns. And if this focus deepens, there comes a time when the thorns turn into flowers. With the first approach, the flower disappears, or even the flower turns into a thorn. Only with a positive mind can you attain the state of a non-tense mind. With a negative mind you will remain tense, with so many miseries around you. Such a negative and inventive mind continues to reveal miseries and miseries and hells and hells.

Life depends on you, on how you see it. You can look at it with a negative mind, and then it looks like hell. It is not hell; this is just your interpretation.

You change your perspective: look positively. And this is what is meant by the attitude of the atheist. I do not call a man an atheist or a theist because he believes in God or not. I call a man a theist if he has a positive attitude and an atheist if he has a negative attitude. It is not about saying no to God; it's about saying no to life. The theist is one who says yes and always looks from a mind that says yes. Then everything changes totally.
