How can I get a job in a foreign country applying from my country?

Yes. I think so. You need to have your passport in order and your resume, of course. Then go online, make phone calls, etc. If you have funds, you can go there, like I did, and take a look. Choose your country and search for jobs online to see if your skills are valuable in that country and then start finding ways to enter that country with all the options available for immigration. It is very difficult in real life to achieve this, if you have a family member or friend in that country just go and stay with them and start looking for work, another option is to apply for a degree course and see if you can get a scholarship for this. course that gives you a free pass to the country. I hope that helps.
