Can I Get An Online Data Entry Job At Home Without Investment?

Yes you can get it and there are a lot of websites for that but be careful there are also a lot of fake websites and by no means pay any money whatever the amount to any website.

Yes, you can get data entry jobs online. But beware of scams. The Internet is full of scams. You should find legitimate businesses in the Google Ads section of search results instead of SERP results. Click on them and apply for a reliable data entry job. SEO results will generally fool you!

There are certain freelance job sites available that you don't need to invest in and you can get a good job.

There are minor payments involved, but you can ignore them for startup.

I don't know why Quora content moderation reported this, but watch the video at the link found in another answer. This would help.

Vinod Nair's answer to How can I get online data entry or copy paste job from home without any investment?

If you can!
There are many freelance sites that offer these types of jobs.
Two of them are www.odesk.com and www.freelancer.com
. You can search more on Google.

Yes, you can get started on data entry at the following independent websites.

  • Fiverr
  • Guru
  • People per hour
  • upwork
  • Freelancer, etc.

There are many data entry websites, but looking for a reliable website is really difficult. Every day a new website is started which ultimately turns out to be a complete scam.

However, these are some of the best long-term websites that pay for data entry. Remember that data entry is not constant work, which is why all of these websites are task-based.

The more active you are on these platforms, the easier it will be to perform those tasks to earn money. Take a look at these sites.

1 Remotasks

This website provides you with AI tasks where you need to draw lines through the 2d or 3d objects or annotations

Remotasks will not work on mobile devices due to complexity, but you do need a laptop or PC to work with them.

  1. You have to give your basic information and verify your mobile number.
  2. You will have the option to start training. The training will inform you about “What is“ data labeling ”. How to tag data in Remotasks and how to maximize your payment "
  3. Upon completion, the option to begin paid assignments will be graded.
  4. Each type of assignment will have a separate course and you will have to delete the course to get paid assignments.

They also have a personal boot camp training program where they teach about lidar tasks.

2. Kolotibablo

Here you get paid to solve Captchas. The maximum you can win is $ 1.10 per 1000 Captchas. Captchas type includes

  • Image Captcha - Enter the exact same text as shown in the image.
  • Funny Captcha - Similar to a game, solve a puzzle to clear funny captcha.
  • GeeTest Captcha: Slide the puzzle piece to the correct place to erase the GeeTest captcha.
  • Recaptcha: select cars, buses, bridges from the image to erase Recaptcha.
  • hcaptcha - Similar to Recaptcha.

Also, there are several factories on their website where you can find tasks like screenshot moderation and more.

3. Appen

No introduction needed, Appen is one of the oldest and most legitimate websites that provides consistent data entry work in most countries. It may be difficult for you to get accepted, but once you pass the test, you will earn a regular income from it.

4. Lionbridge

It is an American company that offers data entry jobs in more than 300 languages. It is quite similar to Appen and has a full test to start with.

5. Clickworker

Clickworker pays you for small tasks like clicking images, taking video, or recording audio. It was a NASA project that started in 2005. It is now a worldwide crowdsourcing website.

The tasks are readily available and if you can unlock the UHRS jobs it will be wonderful.

The referral system is quite simple, you will get a € 5 bonus, as soon as your friend earns € 10. It is just another option to earn more, where if you complete all the tasks you get, it will not take long to reach € 10.

These are some of the websites that I use for data entry. I hope this helps.

Most home-based data entry jobs that require a registration fee or security deposit are completely bogus. I previously shared some experience with a site (infotech data entry) here, Sandeep Dev's answer to Is Infotech Data Entry Service Private Limited a real company or fake? You can read for more information.

But, I recently got an experience on a site called 24filmjob.com. But you also need sign-up fees of roughly Rs 170 initial and then Rs 880 later for your lifetime message transaction fee. It includes filling out forms, sending email, etc. And what can we say legitimate. BUT, I did not recommend this

It includes filling out forms, sending email, etc. And what can we say legitimate. BUT, I did not recommend this for some income, because it is hard to earn even RS 100 per day (if you work just 2-3 hours / day. I got only Rs 57 for my 2.15 hour hard work writing 24 -forms for Rs 3 each. Some forms rejected due to errors) from this site. After filling out a form, you will get only Rs 3.4 or any small amount. A form to fill out needs our 5-10 mints. So you pay very little amount. Instead of data entry, there are parallel home jobs available such as video / audio transcription, video / audio editing, presentation work, e-book writing and design, article writing, proofreading, ghostwriting, audio dubbing, presentation design and formatting, …… etc (The list goes on….). Which are done through various famous genuine freelancers sites like upwork.com, fiverr.com, freelancer.com, squadhelp.com (which is the site for suggesting big names for various businesses, if they select your name as Best then They pay you. But you need a lot of creativity and name of suit with your project); online specialized tutor site such as tutorme.com, tutor.com, vedantu.com, etc. These sites provide various opportunities for different types of talented people to earn some money at home by serving the most wanted. (1) exploring our best talent

(2) explore the best place to show our talent

(3) a lot of home work needs to be done to deliver the best result with other competitors (in order to efficiently put future tasks in our hands from various people / companies).

So if you want a genuine work from home, then your primary stages of hard work will be more. In the primary stage, you may get very little or no money. But, if you got a particular job brand on that site by providing quality jobs in a short time to all clients, then the extra homework will be a lot easier to make better profits in less time with fewer tasks per se. So hard work is always necessary and always has value at any time. It may take some time to give a better result, but it definitely gives a better result.

Your answer is NO!

I will share my experience here on working from home.

A couple of weeks ago I was the one looking for work from home and guess what? I have logged all my details and created a profile for a part time job at Quiker, Monster, Olx, etc. With the help of this work website, I received many work-from-home calls. They started to convince me to work for us and they probably forced me to visit their office to see a demonstration of their work and they will provide training for that particular job which was Type Two:

1st: Data entry work in the 350-page online Wordpad.

2nd: Handwritten 70 page offline book

They have scheduled me an appointment for demonstration and training, but before this they sent me an email with all the details of their work and the terms and conditions to start working. I checked the mail that they clearly mentioned that, they are going to make registration fees which are Rs.3000 before work and at that Rs.300 for registration and the rest is deposit. These are fraudulent and bogus agencies that will be charged once this amount under the name Registration and Deposit Fees.

Once they have received this amount, they will not answer your call or ask for the job they provided. Basically, this is fraud and counterfeiting. This is my experience and even if you let them know that you have done a job during that valid period, they will point out the errors and corrections and they will respond saying "Sorry, you did not do it correctly according to our terms and conditions, this job is denied "

There probably isn't any genuine, loyal work from home like you mentioned data entry, form filling, and handwriting work. Trust me, don't get caught in this trap!

Good luck.

The model that data entry jobs follow is truly unique.
They have a fixed number of errors allowed per page. In addition, they also have a minimum shipment per month.
For example, if you sign up for 800 pages per month (they have fixed packages) and they promise you 30Rs per page, that makes it 24,000 INR per month.
The Rs. 30 per page is valid for a maximum of one or two errors per page, with anything else invalidating the page.
If more than 100 or 200 pages have errors, or if you don't send more than those pages, you don't get paid at all.
If you are late a few days, hoop

If it is delayed a few days, it is reduced by 30% to 50%, etc.
You also have to pay a small amount when you sign up yourself (around 2.5-4K) which will not be refunded until you have made 4-8 proper monthly submissions.
In general, if you are extremely particular and serious about work, then yes, you can get paid that much.

This is completely out of context, but if it's just about the money, then I suggest you learn HTML and CSS (which together will take about a week) and freelance and build websites. Not only will they pay you a lot more, it's an incredible skill. You will improve your CV with it, and if you are lucky enough, you will make a career with it! :)

This is an incident that occurred during the confinement. I am a master's student, who wanted to work asap, I call it financial stress or my insecurity. The easiest job you would find during lockdown is online jobs, quite attractive for this generation who is always glued to their devices. I applied for this particular job at quikr called HS Enterprise. Well, I also requested several others.

It caught my attention because it had no registration fees. He texted me the apps to install and asked me to honor the agreement. I did what he asked. After reading the agreement carefully, I found out that I was supposed to pay Rs. 6700 if I did not complete or achieve accuracy on time. That scared me, I asked for the cancellation of the agreement that she rejected.

Ten days later, at 11:00 am, someone claiming to be an advocate for the HS company and asking me to pay for breach of the agreement. I tried to convince to work instead of a monetary agreement. He called me frequently from morning to night asking to pay. I was shocked, my world suddenly turned upside down. Nothing good has happened in my life for 6 years. I did not get the theme of my choice and I was diagnosed with two chronic diseases, on top of that I am unemployed. I panicked, in the heat of the moment I tried to pay via the UPI method, which luckily failed.

It was 6:00 pm, members of my family were watching me. By then I began to think about the legitimacy of the company and began to navigate around it. There were similar complaints about this company on the Indian consumer forum. Then I looked around and realized it was a money extortion scam. Then I called a friend who was studying law, she reassured us and asked us to send a copy of the agreement and thus demanded a court order. After analyzing things, he asked me to wait until tomorrow. I couldn't eat, sleep through the night, or let my sisters sleep. I thought of all possible situations, read about job bonds, case studies, Indian panel code 430, section 37, 73, 74 and 75. The next morning he was supposed to visit the hospital for pre-surgery preparation. Tried to trace the shipping order which later turned out to be a fake. He called me, texted me 9 times, I didn't answer. My friend, asking me further, asked me to file the report with the cybercrime division at the district headquarters. By now things were clear and calm even though this short period of one day put me in a traumatic state. I felt that the greatest technological development of the 'internet' of humanity was the cause of my suffering, although my stupidity is the reason. Still, the pop-up sound of my phone scares me. Overall, it is a bright experience. Asked further questions, he asked me to file the report with the cybercrime division at district headquarters.
