  1. Whatever your answer is, keep it positive. Everything that you say has to end in a positive tone. Most of the interviewers like the positive nature of the candidate and support them well.
  2. Never say a single word useless: Take your time and plan your answer. The answers always have to be short and simple. Whatever you say should cross the table and reach the listeners. Every word should be heard and understood. It is the good communication skill that matters here the most.
  3. Do not get emotional and fall into the trap: Professionalism is what the interviewers want. Every firm wants a candidate who is emotionally strong and can handle tough situations. If you maintain your calm senses here, it will prove to the questioners that you have the ability to handle tough situations.
  4. Be confident and try to provide evidence to justify it: Your story should revolve around your achievements, which you can prove that they are a reality. Everything you say has to sound real and confident. Talk loud and clear, always.
