There are some websites on the internet that provide you with the link for the groups.

Some groups are genuine and trustworthy, but others are scam.

They may ask you for money, after receiving the money they will avoid contacting you and will put your contact number on a blacklist.

I recommend that you go to different job portals, such as free job alerts, etc.

This can be helpful to you.

It depends on an individual. If you want to start business or work. Either one is difficult to do. Businesses have their own advantages and disadvantages. Let's discuss!

Advantage

  • Time management: - You can adjust your own time according to the business.
  • Self-esteem: - In business, you are your own boss. You don't need to listen to anyone. Make your own idea and implement it in the right direction.

Disadvantages

  • Risk: - If something bad happened to your business, all the blame falls on your own shoulder.

Work is much more secure than business. Work is our investment.

Advantage

  • Safe: - The job is a safe and long-term investment like SIP and Mutual Fund.
  • skills: - The individual can improve his skills while working because there are many people to help and teach him.

Disadvantages: -

  • Boundation: - You are not a free person. You have to do all the homework before the deadline.

I'd rather work than business. Since work is safer than business. However, it is a people's choice that some like to take the risk. On the other hand, some people like not to take unnecessary risks.

If you've ever been to school, you should know about the common thing that all students hate, no, no homework for now is the parent meeting or PTM.

So I was in class 12 and I wasn't good at studies (except computers) and our class teacher, let's call him "Rakul Sir", was a completely grumpy person. At the age when teenagers experienced mood swings, he was having them more than teenagers because no one was sure what he had in mind for any student. At the age when teenagers experienced mood swings, he was having them more than teenagers because no one was sure what he had in mind for any student. Sometimes even a student mistreats him in the face, he just laughs and ignores him and sometimes ends up punishing the whole class (except the girls, not for feminism but for nepotism, actually his daughter was our classmate). class) just for not bringing simple books.

Also, Rakul Sir was very rude not only to students, but he used to yell at parents for useless things at PTM. He taught us Physics and thanks to the Educational System, which made me hate this beautiful subject (since all Indian students in class 12 are literally obsessed with getting into IIT and passing the JEE. So they leave the fun and practical physics and learn things they can do score better).

So there was a parent meeting and I know they are going to show the test answer sheets to the parents and it was clear that Rakul sir would definitely yell because I had already failed in Physics.

Also, my mom was in charge of all my PTMs. Now there is a catch, if someone embarrasses you in front of your mom, that's not so bad for mom, but if someone embarrasses him because of you, it means that some belan (weapon specially designed to be mom-friendly), danda (stick ) o The OP Chappal weapon (sandal) is waiting for you when you get home.

Now because I had no desire to be the victim of a mommy attack. I made a plan so Mom wouldn't even know there's a parent meeting. So I blocked all the people whose children were studying at my school and even changed the number so that Mom couldn't call them. It prevented him from meeting those people. He blocked all official school numbers. I waited for the school whatsapp group to post a PTM message and deleted it before my mom could see it. And now he was safe.

One day before PTM when I came home from school, my mom asked me "Why didn't you tell me you have a PTM tomorrow?" and I was like "WTF! How did she know that". Then I checked his phone and those bastards texted me a new number like "HP-SHHSS" saying "Dear parents blah blah blah tomorrow blah blah blah. Now I have no choice but to go to the PTM, but then I realized what if my mom sees another official message from my school that says "The PTM was canceled for class 12 due to blah blah blah" and I did the same but how?

So I have an old number that was not saved on my mother's phone. I saved that number on my mom's phone under the name "HP-SHHSS" and I texted mom saying "PTM was canceled" and then after coming back from registration my mom said "Your PTM was canceled" and I was like “I know I was the one who canceled it. This is how I escaped a disastrous PTM. Also, Mom finally forgot about the answer sheets and notes and this secret is still a secret.

I used this technique one more time to participate in Mass Bunk and it is an OP trick for school students.

Up Vote I have many stories like this that will shed light on the strange character of Rakul Sir.

How do application statuses work on JobStreet.com? Do employers set them up manually?

While I am not specifically familiar with JobStreet, I have worked with several job posting sites over the years, including LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Dice, Indeed, Monster, and ZipRecruiter, all extremely popular in the US.

Generally, the states of the applications are generated automatically and configured manually. In most cases, once you have applied, the site will tell you "applied" or something similar. Each subsequent status change is usually set by the employer.

For example: once the employer reviews your application, some will automatically update your status accordingly, while others require the employer's employee to make that update. They may not automate that process because sometimes your application is viewed by mistake, which is something I do at least once a day at my job as a recruiter.

Therefore, the updates communicated to the requester by said site should be conservative and err towards underreporting rather than overreporting, which is what the example above would be.

Many job portals don't automate the process when they're no longer considering it, because the employer may review that decision, especially if other options don't work or if what is needed fundamentally changes.

The best thing to do is try to contact someone from the employer and find out what's going on instead of relying on the website.

The answer here, like many online application questions, is "it depends."

If you have applied through LinkedIn's native EasyApply, there is a high probability that your profile will be considered (both optically by a human and robotically by a keyword scanner).

If you've simply hyperlinked to your profile on your resume or via a field in an online application (via a job board or company site, or even LinkedIn), the chances are drastically diminished.

In short, if you are a top candidate, anticipate that all of your "Google-friendly" assets will be reviewed at some point. If not, HR and recruitment take care

In short, if you are a top candidate, anticipate that all of your "Google-friendly" assets will be reviewed at some point. If not, HR and the hiring manager will likely never interact with second-line datasets like LinkedIn, because the hiring technology will filter your application before a human has a chance to touch it.

So what is takeout food? If you want to win the job, take the time to create a great profile. It supports top of the stack candidates and can increase your competitiveness over a close pair with a poor profile.

I do not know the WhatsApp groups, but the best platform to find a job is LinkedIn.

Take your time and create your account by filling in all the details of the information you can enter. Just search for the jobs you are looking for and filter the area you are interested in doing the job.

I bet you will find the best results there and you can also be in direct contact with the right person in the company. You can add them to your list and also have a personal chat in the message.

I believe that a direct link like this cannot be shared by anyone, there are also companies that are posting available vacancies where you can fill out the form or contact them with a company email with your resume directly.

I think it is a better option than joining a WhatsApp group or consultancies, after all, they are also obtaining information from those sources.

Therefore, it is good to be active on Linked and keep looking for connections related to your field. If your profile is awesome, they will definitely add you. So, I gave more importance to fill in all the details that you can directly in your profile. Describe the skills you gained, not just mention them in one word.

I hope you understand what I mean.

Possibly YES, as the Hiring Manager's attention will be high in the beginning after the job. Therefore, the hiring manager will take a keen interest in reviewing profiles personally with great effort.

Slowly, once many applicants start applying and run into the hundreds, the hiring manager will lose interest in everyone and will only select where the candidate's profile stands out.

First impressions are the BEST and will have a positive impact.

So please add a GOOD SUMMARY profile (no more than 15 lines) at the beginning of your profile for quick positive reader interest.

I will suggest that you stay away from WhatsApp groups where your numbers would be shared with unknown people and you could end up with wrong people.

If you are looking for help or guidance, look for free online courses and videos and free training courses.

In job help, search questions directly on google, there are various blogs, forums and articles that will be related to your queries or you may end up with exact questions; otherwise you can post your questions, people will reply.

If you are looking for work, prepare well for interviews. Don't give up hope.

All the best.
